the first post

We would like to welcome everyone to our blog. This is the first time we have done this sort of thing. Our Names are Andre and Amanda. we have been together for about a year and a half and have not only become the best of friends but also learned that we both help each other reach our goals. The current situation with us is Andre is in school in Jamaica and should be done in about a year and a half and I am in St. Kitts at Nursing School and should be done in about 2 years.

So why the blog site?

Since Andre and I are in a long distance relationship each time we get to see each other it is a crazy adventure. This is a good way for us to not only to detail our trips for our friends to see what we are up to, but it is also something that we can look back on and remember our own travels. So far our trips have been in and around Jamaica, to St. Kitts, around Colorado, and around San Diego. Each time we go some where not only do we get to see a new part of the world but we also get to learn a lot about each other. Our next big trip is going to be to Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Although Andre Lives in Jamaica and has been pretty much everywhere there, I haven't so this will be the first big tourist spot that I have been to in Jamaica.

In the future we definitely want to travel around Europe but it probably wont happen until after we are done with school.

I must warn that this wont only be a blog site about traveling because we are only able to do that a couple times a year.  We might share some difficulties of being so far apart and so much in love. We might also update the site with what is going on in our lives at the moment. Honestly this site could have a number of things so just stay tuned.
